Dr Tiffany is an Associate Professor at the University of Houston (Conrad N. Hilton College) and Research Fellow at CĂ©sar Ritz Colleges Switzerland, Dr. Legendre was named to the Global 100 Influential Educators in Hospitality (2026) by IHI. She serves on multiple industry advisory boards, bringing deep expertise in hospitality sustainability and marketing management to our panel.
